Guarantee of the Breeder

• Your puppy is a purebred Olde English Bulldogge and is registered with the IOEBA  (International Olde English Bulldogge Association).
• The breeder guarantees that all vaccinations and wormings are current.  The puppy is in good physical condition within the date of shipping.  Breeder does not guarantee and not responsible for Kennel Cough, Parvo, Distemper, Corona, Giardia, or Coccidia virus.  These are highly contagious viruses and easily treated through vet care and are not life threatening and are guaranteed to not have come from our kennel.
• We guarantee your puppy for 1 year from the date of birth to be free from any genetically related illness that is life threatening. In the event your puppy has a life threatening illness, we will replace the genetically defective puppy with a puppy of equal quality, as determined by the Breeder, when one is readily available.  Medical documentation from your veterinarian stating the condition must be sent prior to your puppy.  The Breeder reserves the right to take the puppy and documentation to the Breeder’s veterinarian to confirm the Buyers findings at the Breeder's expense.  The findings and opinions of the Breeder’s veterinarian are to be considered the absolute final opinion. All costs of returning the original puppy and shipment of the new puppy are the responsibility of the Buyer.  If a new puppy is not available within 1 year of the return date the purchase price will be refunded.  All veterinarian expenses incurred by the Buyer are the Buyers responsibility.

The Buyer Agrees

• Buyer will take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian of their choosing to be examined within the first 48 hours after the arrival.  Buyer will supply the Breeder with documentation from their veterinarian stating their puppy is in good health. Failure to do so in 48 hours will null and void the guarantee. The Breeder must be notified immediately after (within 24 hours) of the veterinarian exam. If the vet finds the puppy has a life threatening condition the puppy may be returned to Breeder (within 5 days) to be replaced for a puppy of equal quality as determined by the Breeder.  Failure to return the puppy within 5 days, the Buyer is stating they are satisfied with their puppy.  
• The Buyer aggrees that the kennel prefix "Ruff N Ready" will be in front of the dog/puppy registered name and that no other kennel prefix can be in the dog/puppy registered name. 
• Buyer may not euthanize a dog/puppy for any reason without breeders’ knowledge or consent. 
• Buyer may not place the dog/puppy in a shelter, human society, pet store, or any other like establishment.
• Buyer swears that he/she is not acting as an agent in the purchase of this animal and that it will remain solely in his/her custody. Buyer further swears that he/she is not associated with a pet shop or animal broker.
• If the dog/puppy cannot be kept by the Buyer, the Buyer shall notify the Breeder immediately.  This dog/puppy may never be sold or given away to any individual, company, research facility, or group except to Breeder unless written authorization from the Breeder.  When ownership is transferred, the purchase price is forfeited and the dog’s registration certificate is signed over to the Breeder of the dog/puppy. 
• Buyer agrees to spay/neuter the puppy at the age of 6 months, unless authorized otherwise by Breeder.  You will provide the Breeder with the documentation of the surgery from a license veterinarian. After Breeder receives the documentation you will receive your registration papers.  Failure to do so will result in returning the puppy to the Breeder, and all costs there after are the responsibility of the Buyer such as return shipping, small claims court, etc. incurred by seller to retrieve dog/puppy.

• The Buyer agrees to inform the Breeder of any titles or awards obtained by the animal for our breeding records.
• The Buyer agrees to send pictures of dog/puppy as it grows and allows the Breeder use of any information or pictures obtained for anything including advertisement or publications. 
• The Buyer shall provide the dog/puppy with necessary veterinary care upon sickness, disease, or injury, and shall take it to a veterinarian at least once a year for an annual health examination and routine vaccinations.
• The Buyer shall provide the animal with humane care and maintain it in accordance with all current and future state, county, and municipal laws and ordinances where the Buyer resides or will reside.
• This dog/puppy is never to run off-lead except in a safely enclosed area.
• The dog/puppy will not be used as an attack dog or a guard dog for people, animals, or property.
• All charges relative to the shipping or delivery charges of this dog/puppy to the Buyer are to be assumed by the Buyer.  If this dog/puppy is ever returned to the Breeder for any reason all shipping charges are the Buyer’s responsibility, including the forfeiture of the shipping crate.

By signing this contract and bill of sale you understand and acknowledge the terms and conditions as stated above.  This is a legal and binding contract, you must be 18 years of age or older to sign.
